I am one of those proud people who have NEVER been on Twitter. However, one can’t help but notice all the attention Twitter has gathered in the past year or two. Companies, news organizations, celebrities, and even government agencies are on Twitter! Why? As a Non-Twit, I have no idea. It occurs to me, however, there must be something good going on if ‘everyone’ is using it. So… I debate myself. To tweet or not-to-tweet. That is the question.

Imagine yourself being cooked alive while walking down the street. Thats why you don’t see people out in the open walkin’ around in this town! 115 degrees again! Oh, but its a dry heat. Spare me. Lets take a walk, shall we?

Fortunately, we have a brilliant thing called air conditioning. Your new manufactured home will definitely need one here in the Valley of the Sun! Just think about how great it is during the winter time. Thats what always gets me through our endless summers…

oh my. There’s this guy in Mesa who claims to have the top ten web sites about manufactured homes in Arizona. Conveniently, they are all HIS web sites. Smart move, but thats been done before… by me! Well, its all about web site optimization. To his credit, he’s done an excellent job with that. However, when it comes to manufactured homes, I seriously doubt his expertise. There is a big difference between a real estate broker and a licensed Master Retailer of manufactured housing. Thats what we are! Trust a real pro in the industry! Black Hawk Homes
